Meet the Staff

OUR VICAR....Howard Wright 2010

Howard is married to Helen and has four children. He has been vicar at Four Marks since 2000.

Howard trained at Trinity College, Bristol (1994-1996) and Moorlands College (1988-1990), and in the time between colleges worked as the pioneer of a district-wide Youth Ministry in Bury St. Edmunds. He has worked for the Civil Service and is also a graduate in Art and Design.

OUR CURATE...Yann Dubreuil 2010

Yann, joined the Church of the Good Shepherd as Curate in July 2007. He is married to Hannah and they have three young children, Sophie, Toby and Max.

Yann trained at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, prior to being ordained at Winchester Cathedral. Prior to training in Oxford, Yann worked as a Parish Assistant in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, with particular responsibility for children’s and youth work.

Warning: Yann is of French origin – this is most easily detected during the Six Nations Rugby!

 

OUR YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S WORKER....

Tim Goodwright 2010Tim joined the Church of the Good Shepherd at the end of March this year. He is married to Vicky and they have two children, Daniel and Elsbeth.

Tim trained at Bournemouth University in Media Production before moving from behind the camera to in front of it. As part of the Saltmine Theatre Company he has toured nationwide and abroad, performing full scale productions at conferences like Spring Harvest and New Wine. Two years ago, he was asked to join the staff at Trinity Church in Cheltenham as an Associate Pastor for Children. He has a passion to equip, envision and encourage. 

After his family he loves motorsport – especially Formula 1. His interests also include gadgets, travel and more recently golf where he enjoys great value for money taking twice as many shots as anyone else!

 

OUR ADMINISTRATOR....Michelle
Michelle Anderson started work as the new Church Administrator in October 2007. She moved to Four Marks in 2005 with her husband and two boys. Prior to her move here, Michelle lived in Guildford. Born in the beautiful island of Jersey, Michelle came to the UK in 1993 to study musical theatre at the Guildford School of Acting. When not acting Michelle worked as a personal assistant at board level for a variety of blue chip companies.

She now manages the Church Office, which is open from 9am until 12pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
